New Beginning

I decided I should probably update my front page. At the time I wrote the first one (you’ll see it to the side as “The Very Beginning”), I was working overnights at an answering service, fighting depression, and wondering if I wasn’t somehow ruined for life after all the mud I’d drug my Lord and Savior through.

Well, as the song says, “I fought the law and the law won.” The Law of Love, that is. At this writing, I am more in love with God than ever. Despite everything, and possibly because of everything, He is more dear to me now than ever. I’ve learned some things the hard way; I’m still learning a lot, but I am not the same person I was when I started this blog.

I keep my “secular” thoughts in a seperate blog, found here. I do not accept comments on anything I write there, and I do not use either this or the other blog as a means of communication. These are my personal diaries that I allow others to read as they choose and do with what they wish.

The titles do not have anything to do with the subject matter of the posts. If they are somehow slightly related, it is not intentional. If you’re inclined to learn a bit about my personality and how I spend my free time, you will quickly learn how I decide how to title my posts. Otherwise, just… smile, nod, and read on.
